Refund policy

Withdrawal from the purchase or a refund is generally excluded as long as the site is open and the offer can be used on-site.

This also applies in unfavorable weather conditions (e.g., rain). The site is open regardless of weather. The fact that a visit should not or cannot take place for personal reasons or due to weather conditions does not give rise to any claim for return or refund.

A return or refund of the admission ticket is only possible if the site has to be closed due to unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., official order or force majeure) and the visit thereby becomes objectively impossible.

Note on the right of withdrawal

For the purchase of admission tickets for leisure events or leisure facilities with a fixed date or period, there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to §312g Para. 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
